Dr. Briggs began WCMA in Biddeford, Maine at the church he founded, where WCMA had its first headquarters - at the First Apostolic Church of Biddeford. WCMA has since moved its headquarters to Florida and has expanded well beyond its original beginnings into an international ministry.
