Below is an overview of WCMA’s Foreign Missions Tours providing an outline of the process of developing a Foreign Missions Team. This overview also addresses the basic Foreign Missions Tour Plan from start to finish.

Missions Tours Overview
Invitations – WCMA will conduct a search for Missionary Team Member candidates.
Applications – WCMA will request each Missionary Team Member candidate to complete a simple and brief application.
Team Members Selection Process – WCMA will select candidates from a pool of applicants matching candidates to appropriate teams based on the following criteria:
a) Application data
b) Team destination and agenda
c) Matching qualifications relevant to the agenda
d) Available tour positions
Pre-Tour Meeting – Selected Missionary Team Members will convene just prior to international travel to review (part of the itinerary):
a) Tour agenda
b) Member roles
c) FM Tour goals
d) WCMA travel rules
Missionary Tour – Selected Missionary Team Members will begin international travel, meet host pastor(s), begin implementing tour goals, attend an End of 1st Week team meeting, attend an End of 2nd Week team meeting, attend an End of 3rd Week team meeting (if applicable), prepare for return flight.
Post-Tour Meeting – Missionary Team Members will re-convene for a de-briefing just prior to members returning home.
Tour Costs – WCMA attempt to subsidize as much of the tour expenses as possible, the exact amount is determined by the number of Team Members traveling and the amount of funds raised and funds available within WCMA’s fiscal resources. The exact amount will be established prior to the Tour date (well in advance). Under no circumstances do we want the cost to exceed $2,000.00 USd. We try to keep the costs closer to $1,000.00 USd. (to help cover a portion of the plane tickets).
Who Can Participate – WCMA seeks Ministers, Professionals and Paraprofessionals. All are welcome, the needs are great.

WCMA’s Mission Statement
WCMA's mission is to encourage, mediate, and orchestrate the distribution of spiritual and non-spiritual wealth of the Body of Christ to less fortunate Christians around the world. WCMA will accomplish this by promoting and developing Apostolic Pentecostal Christianity, Peace, Justice, and improved Health and Welfare around the world via the following objectives:
* Develop International WCMA Centers and affiliated WCMA Cooperatives networked with local churches irrespective of their Apostolic Pentecostal Organizational affiliation. We want to be inclusive not exclusive.
* Establish WCMA Cooperatives: Primary and secondary Schools, Housing, Agribusiness, Commerce, Health Clinics, Orphanages, and Hospitals.
* Promote Visiting Programs via an international Volunteer Human Resources data bank for: Ministers, Health Professionals, Teachers, and a milieu of other Professionals and paraprofessionals. Please reach out to others to volunteer and join our Volunteer HR Data Bank.
* Expand Virtual Campus Education for: Undergraduate, Graduate and Doctorate Programs.
* Expand Training/Internship Scholarships.
* Expand Global Evangelism.
