volunteer-faculty@wcma-usa.org

Minimum Qualifications:

A.  Assistant Faculty must posses a minimum of a baccalaureate degree and enrolled in a graduate degree program.
B.  Adjunct Faculty must possess a minimum of a graduate degree and enrolled in a post graduate or doctoral degree program.
C.  Faculty must possess a minimum of a doctorate degree or higher.
D.  Each type of faculty member listed above must complete at least one KAD through ALU to gain experience on how the ALU academic system is delivered and processed.
E.  Each ALU branch faculty member must read, agree with and abide by ALU’s Policy Manual.

Also keep in mind the following facts and faculty benefits:

1. ALU is establishing ALU branches around the world and/or affiliate colleges.

2
. The faculty & staff within a ALU branch become part of the global ALU faculty/staff body, accessible to students and faculty of other ALU branches around the globe (virtually).

3
. ALU branches gain full access to the ALU academic delivery system (Website (and links), KAD System, Catalogs, Student Handbooks, Faculty Handbooks, Policy Manual, ALU Virtual Library, Accreditations and Affiliations as they become available).

4
. All ALU Faculty have access to cost-free (work study "trade offs") academic advancement within the ALU system.

5. ALU benefits from said expansion and gains enhanced credibility, which in turn reflects that credibility
back onto its ALU branches and affiliate colleges.

6. ALU branches and/or affiliated colleges can retain approved specialty
training or certification programs within the ALU system.

7. ALU students and faculty improve their lives (spiritually and vocationally) which in turn improves their local communities.

NOTE:  All positions start as part time volunteer work, especially during candicacy period allowing each candidate faculty member the time required to learn the ALU academic delivery system.  As funds become available, pre-contracted compensation rates will be made available as well.
